Applied Composites in California is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate CNC machines and use existing programming to produce tools and parts to dimensional requirements. You will work with engineers and production to ensure parts meet tight tolerances on complex composite tooling.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, some exposure to CNC programming, and a proactive, self-starter mindset to perform under limited supervision.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
• CNC operating experience with ability to read/simple programs.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a 5-axis CNC machine ensuring tools and parts meet dimensional/tolerance requirements.
• Run CNC programs and work with Engineering/Production to resolve issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and suggest improvements to tooling and processes.
• Follow standard practices for working with composites and other materials.
