QXO is seeking a Maintenance Technician II on second shift in Fayetteville to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair equipment to keep production lines running safely. The role emphasizes reliability, documentation, and adherence to preventive maintenance procedures.

You'll work with mechanical and electrical systems, interpret manuals, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail with safety and quality focus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in maintenance or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Lift 50 lbs minimum as needed and use protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility systems
