Job summary

The H-J Family of Companies in Missouri is seeking a Mold Technician for epoxy molding production. Daily duties include staging, inspecting, cleaning, and assembling molds, and performing routine maintenance to keep molds in good working order.

This position operates on a 4th shift (Fri-Sun, 3x12 hours, 6:45 am–6:45 pm) with overtime as needed. The role requires manual dexterity, the ability to read blueprints, and strict adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to use hand tools and read blueprints.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills needed.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.

• Must be able to stand the majority of the shift.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

4th Shift is Fri - Sun, 3 x 12-hr shifts, 6:45 am – 6:45 pm.
