Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Andover, MA facility on a 4th shift (Fri–Sun 6:00am–6:00pm, plus 4 hours on a chosen weekday). The role leads 15–20 employees in a fast-paced metal fabrication cell, directing work flow to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets while ensuring a safe work environment.

Applicants must have a university degree or equivalent experience and either 5+ years in manufacturing/operations or 3+ years with an advanced degree. U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Supervisory, leadership and/or manufacturing/Operations experience is required.
