Job summary

Saint-Gobain Portage Wisconsin is seeking a manufacturing technician to safely operate molding equipment, inspect and package parts, and coordinate with QC, Maintenance, and production leads to meet daily safety, quality, and production goals. The role includes weekend 4th shift from 10:30 PM to 10:30 AM with a $3 per hour premium, plus two 8-hour shifts during the week, preferably on 3rd shift.

Starting base hourly rate is $18.00 per hour, with eligible shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience safely operating molding equipment and following procedures.
• Ability to communicate problems to QC and technical resources.
• Ability to maintain good documentation and traceability of parts.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of molding equipment following procedures.
• Communicate problems to QC and technical resources to ensure quality parts.
• Complete documentation for product traceability and data entry using Factivity.
• Enter production data in real time to track labor, parts, and machine status.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and leads.
