Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, seeks a Production Technician in Minnesota to set up and operate precision metal fabrication equipment, inspect parts, and ensure quality. Training for 1st shift will be provided as the 4th shift (Fri-Sun) is available, with safety and process adherence emphasized.

Responsibilities include loading programs, documenting results, and collaborating across teams to meet customer specifications while maintaining inventory and production plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating machining equipment in a manufacturing setting (3+ years).
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions/SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment (punch press, laser marking, finishing, stamping).
• Inspect material, in-process, and finished parts for quality.
• Input data into job tracking software and load correct programs.
