Position: 4th Grade Lead Teacher
Magen David Yeshivah is looking for a 4th Grade Lead Teacher at our Brooklyn school. The school year is consistent with the Jewish calendar and closed during summer.

Responsibilities:

• Work together with the 4th grade team to follow the outlined curriculum.
• Communicate with parents and school counselors on student progress.
• Educate and support students to help them accomplish learning benchmarks.
• Plan lessons that target specific skills and concepts.
• Cultivate core Jewish values such as kindness, respect, compassion, and integrity within students.
• Participate in various student and parent activities which occur in school including PTA and student clubs.

Qualifications:

• Classroom experience.
• Fluency in Hebrew is preferred.
