Compensation : $67,000 - $89,798 (commensurate with experience)

Primary Function & Position Overview
As a Lead Teacher at Public Prep, you will foster student independence while supporting culturally and linguistically diverse learners. Responsible for both academic and social-emotional success, you will plan, monitor, and deliver instruction in mathematics, English Language Arts, social studies, and social-emotional learning, collaborating with grade-level teams and support staff.
In ICT classrooms, close collaboration with Special Education Co-Teachers, Interventionists, and other staff is essential. Supported by the Instructional Leadership Team, you will receive frequent observation, feedback, and coaching based on the Charlotte Danielson framework. Building strong family partnerships through home visits, events, and regular communication is also a key component of the role.
