Qualifications

• High content-area proficiency evidenced by teacher certification, field of study, or relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited institution.
• K-12 classroom experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement state standards and IDEA curricula and assessments to meet ambitious academic expectations.
• Deliver rigorous, grade-level content and plan lessons in advance for feedback.
• Track student progress using formal and informal assessments and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Communicate student progress weekly to families and manage classroom behavior effectively.
• Participate in after-school duties, tutoring, and school-wide activities.
