Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution required.
• Florida educator certification or willingness to pursue certification.
• Experience in a K-12 classroom setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement state learning standards and IDEA curricula and assessments to meet ambitious academic expectations.
• Plan and deliver content‑rich, grade‑level instruction; assess mastery and track progress.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback.
• Communicate students’ progress with families on a weekly basis.
• Maintain an effective behavior management system and create a positive classroom culture.
• Participate in tutoring sessions, after‑school duties, and weekly meetings as required.
