Renaissance Public School Academy in Michigan is seeking a full-time 4th Grade Teacher who holds a valid teaching certificate. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging classroom that builds foundational literacy, math, science, and social studies skills while fostering curiosity and social-emotional growth.

You will collaborate with families and colleagues to promote student achievement, differentiate instruction, and implement standards-aligned practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with elementary endorsement.
• Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum and development.
• Ability to develop engaging lessons promoting achievement and social-emotional growth.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for planning, instruction, and assessment.
• Proficiency in integrating instructional technology.
• Ability to collaborate with families and school leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans for fourth-grade students.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
• Assess student learning using varied methods and inform instruction.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate academic records.
• Foster foundational literacy, math, science, and social studies skills.
• Communicate with parents on student progress and concerns.
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings as required.
• Integrate instructional technology to enhance learning.
• Participate in school activities and professional development.
