Renaissance Public School Academy in Michigan is seeking a passionate Elementary Teacher to join our team. The teacher will create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment and implement developmentally appropriate instruction for K–5 learners, guiding student growth and love of learning.

Responsibilities include lesson planning, assessments, collaboration with colleagues, and active participation in school events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education required.
• Valid Michigan teaching certification/licensure.
• Strong understanding of child development and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assess student progress using tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curricula and participate in professional development.
• Maintain a safe, positive classroom environment and effective communication with students, parents and staff.
• Attend meetings and participate in school activities to support the school mission.
