The ideal candidate holds a Michigan teaching certificate for elementary grades, a Bachelor's in Elementary Education (Master’s a plus), and strong communication with students, parents, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Michigan teaching certification/license with endorsement for elementary grades.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.

Responsibilities
