Job summary

AnMed's Orthopedic Nursing leadership opportunity in Anderson, South Carolina seeks a Nurse Manager to oversee a busy nursing unit, ensuring superior patient care quality and efficient operations. You will lead all nursing staff, coordinate scheduling and performance management, and drive unit-wide quality initiatives aligned with patient outcomes and satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Master's degree required within three (3) years of hire; if not in nursing, BSN with related Master's is accepted as approved.
• Certification in nursing executive (NE-BC) or nursing executive, advanced (NEA-BC) or ability to obtain within 24 months.

• Continue to learn and grow professionally through accepting assignments with differing nursing staff training initiatives, development programs, and involvement in professional organization.
