• Fiscal responsibilities for the department's budget, including financial planning and managing fund allocation.

Responsibilities

• 4H Agent plans, implements, maintains and evaluates Extension education programs for adult and youth within designated coverage area.
• Collaborates across Program Teams to develop, deliver and evaluate educational programming beyond the agent's primary area.
• Assesses and delivers educational programming within the 4H Program Area to adult and youth audiences using direct and indirect methods; documents programming impacts.
