Job summary

U.S. Army Reserves is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to assist Soldiers with their Army careers. You will provide personnel and HR support to commanders across branches and oversee official documentation such as ID cards and tags.

You'll train on data application and data information analysis, with opportunities to gain 13 nationally recognized certifications. This role offers paid training and a clear path for advancement within the Army.

You will provide personnel and HR support to commanders across all branches, and be trained in document preparation, drafting requests, and overseeing official documentation, such as ID cards and tags. You'll also train on data application and data information analysis.

Skills you'll learn align with Business Administration, Performance Management, and Employee Relations. In addition, there are 13 nationally recognized certifications available to earn!
