Human Interest is a fast-growing fintech company focused on making retirement benefits accessible to small and medium businesses across the United States. We are hiring a Recordkeeping Operations Associate who will manage day-to-day administration of 401(k) plans, reconcile transactions, and ensure accuracy and compliance across multiple ledgers.

You will own a variety of recordkeeping functions, resolve complex edge cases, and contribute to process improvements.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in 401(k) operations.
• Proven ability to trace complex 401(k) transactions and asset movements.
• Strong data reconciliation and error resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a collaborative environment.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation to optimize repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage diverse recordkeeping functions including manual trades, corporate actions, distributions, and NAV monitoring.
• Reconcile account data across participant accounts and operating, custodial, and suspense accounts.
• Resolve complex edge cases and update standard operating procedures accordingly.
• Provide transactional support to other teams during high volume periods or product development.
• Contribute to team improvement initiatives and scalable process development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance workflows and controls.
