Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an OR RN to join a multi-disciplinary surgical team. The position offers 40 hours per week with a 6:50 a.m. start, Monday through Saturday with on-call and holiday coverage.

Massachusetts licensure, OR experience, and aseptic technique knowledge are required. BLS is mandatory, and CNOR/BSN are preferred. Pay ranges from $37.14 to $82.22 per hour, and compensation aligns with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of aseptic techniques
• Demonstrated working knowledge of technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment during procedures: i.e. Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Ortho, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Vascular.
• BLS certification is required.

Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Massachusetts RNlicense.
• CurrentO.R. experience
• Demonstrated working knowledge of all principles of aseptic techniques
• Demonstrated working knowledge of technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment during surgical procedures: i.e. Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Ortho, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Vascular.
• BLS required.

Recommended Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience
• Charge Nurse experience; ability to function in crisis situation.
• CNOR Certification.
• BSN preferred

Pay Range:

$37.14 - $82.22

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms ofthe applicable collective bargainingagreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
