Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is hiring an OR RN to join a growing team in Massachusetts. The position features 36 hours per week across 12-hour shifts, with FLEX scheduling from 08:50am to 9:20pm, Monday through Saturday with call.

The role includes 24-hour on-call coverage on weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate holds a Massachusetts RN license with OR experience and BLS certification, plus the ability to operate a range of surgical equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Current O.R. experience
• Demonstrated working knowledge of all principles of aseptic techniques
• Demonstrated working knowledge of technical skills to operate complex surgical equipment during surgical procedures: i.e. Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Ortho, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, and Vascular.
• BLS required.

Recommended Requirements

• Proven leadership experience
• Charge Nurse experience; ability to function in crisis situation.
• CNOR Certification.
• BSN preferred

Pay Range: $37.14 - $82.22

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
