Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Five years’ experience in teaching, outreach, or related community programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating educational outreach programs for Worcester County 4-H.
• Plan and deliver youth outreach programs, afterschool programs, in-school enrichment, fairs, camps, and community events.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain 4-H youth members and adult volunteers.
• Support development and management of community 4-H clubs.
• Coordinate program logistics and prepare educational materials.
