Job summary

University of Missouri - Columbia's MU Extension and Engagement invites applications for an Educational Program Associate II in St. Francois County, Farmington, MO. The role supports 4-H Youth Development programs and coordinates College and Career Pathways activities with partner organizations.

You will travel as needed, work evenings and weekends, and help develop curricula, train volunteers, manage events, and report outcomes to funders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience.
• Preferred PRKC domain study: six hours in one or more domains.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and manage programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management, and evaluation of 4-H programming in St. Francois County.
• Develop and expand external and internal partnerships with schools and youth organizations.
• Coordinate curriculum development and delivery, including in-person and online formats.
• Support volunteers and youth leadership development; assist with events, contests, and camps.
