Job summary

AmeriCorps & Senior Corps is seeking a dedicated member to deliver 4-H programming in school-day and after-school settings across Alabama, with a focus on STEM, healthy living, and youth development.

You will collaborate with County 4-H Agents, recruit and engage youth, assist with data collection and reporting, and support statewide 4-H initiatives that strengthen youth outcomes and community capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct service by delivering 4-H programming in school-day and after-school settings.
• Facilitates hands-on learning to build life skills and supports 4-H events.
• Collaborates with County 4-H Agents and recruits youth participants.
• Assists with program data collection and reporting.
• Supports statewide initiatives that enhance youth engagement.
