Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 19 years.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct service by delivering 4-H programming in school-day and after-school settings.
• Programming areas may include STEM, agriculture, environmental education, healthy living, civic engagement, leadership development, and workforce readiness.
• Facilitate hands-on learning, recruit and engage youth, assist with data collection and reporting.
• Support 4-H events or statewide initiatives to enhance youth engagement.
