You will work alongside the County 4-H Coordinator to support youth leadership activities, communications, budgeting, volunteers, and regional 4-H activities across county programs.

The role offers flexible support across county programs and requires collaboration to ensure positive youth development and well-organized experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and county program needs.
• Adapt to changing program priorities and responsibilities.
• Provide reliable assistance to the County 4-H Coordinator.
• Help maintain well-organized and positive youth experiences.
• Contribute to building a sustainable and growing county 4-H program.
• Work within the 25-hour-per-week maximum schedule and communicate workload.
