The York County 4-H Program Assistant supports the planning, implementation, and delivery of the York County 4-H youth development program. Working collaboratively with 4-H staff, volunteers, community partners, youth, and families, the Program Assistant helps provide positive, engaging, and educational experiences that support the mission and goals of 4-H. This position assists with 4-H clubs, educational programs, school enrichment, camps, events, competitions, community outreach, volunteer support, and day-to-day program administration. Other duties as assigned.
50% - Program Management: Deliver/teach the content of the 4-H program to appropriate audiences in York County through club meetings, workshops, trainings, and camps. 50% - Administration: Oversee the coordination and logistics of the York County 4-H program.

Expected Salary Range $16.00 hr - $18.00 hr Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
