Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience; 4-6 years preferred.
• Coursework or experience in youth development, education, agriculture, or STEM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and teach hands-on 4-H STEM curricula in diverse spaces.
• Lead Cloverbud programming, committees, day camps, and judging.
• Plan events, manage volunteers, track registrations and data, and attend meetings as needed.
• Travel to programming sites throughout Medina County with reimbursement per policy.
