Job summary

The Ohio State University Extension in Auglaize County is seeking an Extension Educators Coordinator to support 4-H Youth Development programs. You will assist with enrollment, volunteer recruitment, data entry, and file management while helping create flyers, webpages, blogs, and newsletters to engage youth and communities.

You will work with the 4-H Educator and Office Associate to maintain records, contribute to public outreach, and participate in staff meetings and professional development

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Certification or vocational training may be required.
• Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Will work with the 4-H Educator and Office Associate to develop printed and digital media/flyers including webpages, blog sites, social media, newsletters, and articles.This position will participate as an Ohio State University Extension team member in Auglaize County by participating in staff meetings, stewardship model, and engaging in professional development opportunities. Will work collaboratively with Extension personnel to maintain a positive public image and demonstrate the mission of the land grant university.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or GED.
