Job summary

The Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Franklin County seeks an Association Team Leader to guide the 4-H Youth Development and Agriculture programs, directing strategy and working with communities, schools and partners.

You will develop and evaluate programs, lead grant efforts, supervise staff and volunteers, manage budgets, and build a strong agriculture and food systems portfolio for youth and adults in the region.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Two years volunteer or related work experience.
• Valid New York State Driver’s License and travel ability.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead program assessment and strategic development for 4-H and Agriculture.
• Develop and evaluate educational programs and outreach.
• Manage grant funding, proposals and administration.
• Supervise staff and volunteers; oversee resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Cornell faculty and external partners.
• Oversee program evaluation and reporting to the Executive Director.
