Job summary

ESPEC North America Inc. is seeking a Production Floater to join our Production Team. This role features a 6:00AM-4:30PM schedule, a 4-day work week with some Friday overtime, and no mandatory weekend work. Pay ranges from $22.10 to $23.71 per hour, with a strong benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

The Production Floater will rotate across departments under the Production Manager, ensuring on-time delivery and quality while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience at ESPEC or related experience.
• ESPEC level 1 brazing experience or equivalent preferred.
• Previous problem-solving training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs at least one job function within multiple departments at a minimum of level 1 experience.
• Assists in setting up production lines with guidance from the Manufacturing Engineer.
• Ensures on-time delivery of products leaving assigned areas.
• Ensures finished products meet company and customer specifications.
• Works with Engineering to resolve abnormal build conditions.
• Performs preventative maintenance on department equipment as required.
• Provides build time guidance to Scheduling when necessary.
• Follows standard work procedures in the area.
