Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Harrisburg to oversee receiving, put-away, and shipping operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy. You will lead a team, enforce policies, and partner with Transportation, Inventory Control, and Operations to optimize workflow and prevent shrink.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years warehouse related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Completion of a supervisory training program is required.
• Certification on material handling equipment is required, or the ability to become certified.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to plan and organize.

Responsibilities

• Send/receive positive communications to colleagues.
• Monitor receiving and shipping procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
• Coach staff on safety, performance, and adherence to policies.
• Plan schedules covering vacations, holidays, and shift fill-ins.
• Manage labor needs and monitor productivity using the labor management system.
