Job summary

UNFI in Hopkins, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Order Selection associate to accurately pull customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse. You will use motorized equipment like pallet jacks and ensure items are placed in correct locations while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include selecting items, labeling, shrinking/palletizing, and staging pallets. Must be 18+, with the ability to lift 20–60 lbs and work Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience selecting is preferred but not required.
• Lifts 20–60 lbs consistently and works in varying temperatures.
• Available for work on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Identify the pick locations and safely pick the items.
• Inspects assigned equipment for safety issues.
• Picks the correct item and quantity, checking UPCs or item descriptions.
• Places labels on the side of the cases.
• Shrink wraps and labels with correct truck, stop and other required information.
• Stages pallets in appropriate bay and builds a stable pallet.
• Inform supervisor of safety threats or policy violations; keep area clean.
