Job summary

VANDOR is seeking a Paint Line Operator to join a hands-on production team on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule (Mon–Thu, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.). You will apply finishes, inspect materials, and help keep the line running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll work with spray guns, pneumatic sanders, and paint booths, while following safety regulations and quality standards. Overtime may be required to meet production goals, with strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
• Experience with industrial painting a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate paint line equipment to apply finishes per standards.
• Identify appropriate materials and wood species for each job.
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety rules.
