Job summary

Vandor Corporation in Indianapolis, IN is hiring for a hands-on production role with a 4-day, 10-hour schedule. Work Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a three-day weekend and full-time employment.

You will support multiple production areas, operate machinery, and participate in safety and quality checks. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and basic math and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and write English for safety, job responsibilities, and essential workplace communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use hand tools and handheld measuring devices.
• Basic math skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and use hand tools.
• Cleaning and inspecting products, equipment, and materials.
• Performing quality checks with strong attention to detail.
• Following written instructions, verbal directions, and demonstrated processes.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Operating a forklift when assigned and properly qualified.
