Job summary

Genuine Search Group seeks an experienced CNC Programmer to develop and optimize programs for milling and turning, including 4/5-axis and mill-turn operations. You’ll pair hands-on G-code/M-code expertise with CAM validation to improve cycle times, tool life, and surface finish.

The role is customer-facing with travel to client sites for troubleshooting, training, and process validation. Expect active collaboration with engineering and field teams to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on CNC programming in a machining/manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in CNC fundamentals: tooling selection, workholding, cutting data, sequencing, and strategies.
• Track record of process optimization and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Produce reliable CNC programs for milling and turning (4/5-axis, mill-turn).
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to reduce cycle times and extend tool life.
• Lead on-machine demos, customer trainings, and document best practices.
