• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing questions efficiently.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders to ensure their needs are met promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Advocate for our clients during claims reporting, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
