• Serve inbound client inquiries for new and existing clients, including payments, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and rewrites.
• Call policyholders to explain policies, analyze coverage, and suggest additions or changes.
• Build trust with clients through strong relationship skills to support retention and loyalty.
• Follow up on leads from inbound calls and non-renewal opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, especially when quoting or rewriting.
• Ensure prompt, clear communication to address client needs and concerns to meet retention standards.

Responsibilities

• Service all inbound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients - including Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Endorsements, and Rewrites.
• Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
• Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
• Follow-up on leads generated from inbound calls, and non-renewal leads
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions especially if quoting or rewriting.
• Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License required.

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service in personal lines insurance, commercial insurance experience is a plus

Insurance Experience: 2+ Years of experience in the Insurance Industry, specifically Home and Auto Insurance.

Location: In office at our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida location.
