Giselle Camilo Insurance & Financial Services, an award-winning insurance agency in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Specialist to manage client accounts, handle policy inquiries, and guide customers through the Florida market to protect their assets.

You will join a team that values excellence, honesty, and integrity, with a focus on service, retention, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License required.
• Prior experience in customer service in personal lines insurance, commercial insurance experience is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in Home and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

• Service all in-bound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients - including Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Endorsements, and Rewrites.
• Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
• Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
• Follow-up on leads generated from inbound calls, and non-renewal leads
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions especially if quoting or rewriting.
• Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
