River Grove Health and Rehabilitation in Loudon, TN is seeking CNAs for day and night shifts to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care within a family‑like team.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Current state CNA certification required.

Responsabilités

• Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs and assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents.
• Report changes in resident conditions to nurse in charge and communicate with residents, families, and staff.
• Assist with duties as directed by the nurse and interact tactfully with the care team.

CNAs are responsible for the following:

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.

• Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving, and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.

• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions to nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.

• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.

• Reporting abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.

• Demonstrating the ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

CNA Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant program.

• Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a CNA
