Job summary
River Grove Health and Rehabilitation in Loudon, TN, is hiring CNAs for day and night shifts. CNAs are the heart of our care, attending to residents with compassion and teamwork in a family-like atmosphere that values your dedication.

Qualifications
- Must have CNA certification and be in good standing.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Attend to residents' needs, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
- Take and record vital signs; assist with lifting, moving, and transporting residents.
- Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to the nurse management.
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
- Report abnormal changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Assist the nurse with duties as directed.
