Job summary

CVS Health in Englewood, FL is offering a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern role within our retail pharmacy team. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, work under a licensed pharmacist, and complete a comprehensive training roadmap with KLEs and leadership exposure.

You will support dispensing, patient interactions, and seasonal immunization services where allowed by state law, while developing clinical and operational knowledge for future pharmacist responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescriptions
• Deliver patient service with empathy and care in-store
• Assist with immunizations and vaccines when allowed
• Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Volunteer travel to stores in the market as needed
