Job summary

CVS Health operates pharmacy services nationwide, and the 3rd year Pharmacy Intern program at CVS Health supports pharmacy teams while applying classroom learning to real-world practice in a store setting.

You will follow SOPs, gain hands-on experience, and prepare for a Pharmacist role through a structured training roadmap, with opportunities to assist with immunizations and patient care, while maintaining patient safety and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in patient interactions
• Follow SOPs and ensure patient safety and accurate dispensing
• Support immunizations and other pharmacy services as allowed by law
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed

Education

ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy

Intern/Technician licensure in process or possessed
