Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Winding Operator for the 3rd shift to support the ES AMER ESS division in Greenwood, SC. The role runs Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include operating winding machines to produce capacitor packs, documenting production activity, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Certification to operate a hoist and annual electrical safety training are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Relocation assistance is not provided; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate winding machines to produce capacitor packs and ensure product quality.
• Load film and foil, align, size, and identify in-process materials.
• Document production activity and scan tickets into the LXE system.
• Complete production and quality logs, downtime, SPC data, and housekeeping records.
• Follow quality procedures, inspect finished products, and address deviations.
• Elevate unresolved issues to Supervisor or Group Leader.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform 5S housekeeping.
