Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation in Henderson, TN is seeking a skilled Welder to join our metal fabrication team. You will operate MIG, TIG, or Stick welding to assemble components per blueprints, while ensuring weld quality and safety standards.

The role requires reading technical drawings, maintaining equipment, and meeting production quotas. This position may involve 3rd shift responsibilities on occasion; punctuality and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on welding experience in a production or fabrication environment.
• Proficiency with MIG welding; experience with TIG or Stick welding is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding of welding safety standards and metallurgy basics.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, or combination) to join metal components according to specifications and blueprints
• Inspect welds for quality, alignment, and adherence to engineering standards before parts move to next production stage
• Prepare metal surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and degreasing to ensure proper weld integrity
• Maintain welding equipment and notify maintenance of any malfunctions or needed repairs
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications accurately
• Work with pressing operations to coordinate seamless part assembly and material flow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work station; follow all safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures
• Meet production quotas and quality standards while working independently during 3rd shift
• Communicate clearly with shift supervisors and team members regarding production status and issues
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and quality concerns
