Job summary

Schneider Electric in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking skilled fabricators for the 3rd shift to prepare, cut, punch, and weld metal for our production line. You will read blueprints, perform pem, tap, and radius operations, identify parts, and run turret, brake presses, and Amada/Cincinnati equipment according to specs.

The role requires at least 1 year of fabrication experience, basic shop math, and a team-oriented focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Preferably one year of fabrication experience.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiar with World Class manufacturing principles.
• Strong teamwork with emphasis on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and manufacturing instructions.
• Perform pem, tap, and radius operations.
• Identify and verify parts.
• Run turret or brake press per specs.
• Operate LVD and Cincinnati brakes as required.
• Set up Amada turrets per specs.
• Offer product improvement suggestions.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by supervisor.
