Job summary

Trinity Products in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Repair Welder for 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00pm–1:30am). You will perform weld preparation, welding, finishing, and interpretation of mechanical drawings to produce high‑quality steel pipe products for national markets.

Training on 2nd shift for 2–3 weeks before moving to 3rd shift; PPE provided; safety-focused, employee-owned culture, with shift premium pay and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year welding experience across various techniques is preferred.
• Prove your skills – internal weld test required.
• Experience with D1.1 structural welding code is preferred.
• Able to identify small defects in materials and joints.
• Positioning materials in three-dimensional space is essential.
• Welding hood, steel-toe boots, and PPE provided by employer.

Responsibilities

• Perform weld preparation, welding, and finishing per specifications.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and welding symbol requirements.
• Set up and fine‑tune welding fixtures and parameters (amps, volts, positioning).
• Execute grinding, fitting, and finishing with hand and power tools.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use precision instruments to inspect and verify welds.
