Job summary

Trinity Products is seeking a Welder for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3:00pm–1:30am) in Saint Charles, MO. You will weld, prep, and finish steel pipe products, reading blueprints and using precision tools. A minimum of 1 year welding experience and successful completion of an internal weld test are required.

PPE provided; overtime and manufacturability are emphasized in a safety‑driven shop. You will operate welding equipment, set up fixtures, and inspect work with calipers/micrometers, ensuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience across various techniques.
• Successful completion of an internal weld test is required.
• Experience with D1.1 structural welding code and related standards.
• Ability to identify small defects in materials and joints affecting structural integrity.
• Must be able to stand, move, and stay active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform weld preparation, welding, and finishing per specifications, blueprints, and drawings.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and weld requirement symbolism.
• Set up and fine-tune welding fixtures and parameters (amps, volts, positioning).
• Execute grinding, fitting, and finishing operations with hand/power tools for a clean result.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to inspect work.
• Maintain safety protocols and a clean, organized work area.
• Operate an overhead bridge crane to move heavy steel materials.
