Trinity Products in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Repair Welder for 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00pm–1:30am). You will perform weld preparation, welding, finishing, and interpretation of mechanical drawings to produce high‑quality steel pipe products for national markets.

Training on 2nd shift for 2–3 weeks before moving to 3rd shift; PPE provided; safety-focused, employee-owned culture, with shift premium pay and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year welding experience across various techniques is preferred.
• Prove your skills – internal weld test required.
• Experience with D1.1 structural welding code is preferred.
• Able to identify small defects in materials and joints.
• Positioning materials in three-dimensional space is essential.
• Welding hood, steel-toe boots, and PPE provided by employer.

Responsibilities

As aWelderon 3rdShift (Sunday - Thursday, 9:00pm – 1:30am ), you’ll play a vital role in creating and refining high‑quality steel pipe products for industries across the nation. This position will train on 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm) for approximately 2-3 weeks before moving to 3rd Shift. • Perform weld preparation, welding, and finishing tasks in accordance with detailed specifications, blueprints, and drawings.
• Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbolism.
• Set up and fine‑tune welding fixtures and parameters, including amps, volts, and positioning for optimal welds.
• Execute grinding, fitting, and finishing operations using manual and power tools for a clean, polished result.
• Use of power tools to properly prep joints for welding.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment to ensure safe and effective performance.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to inspect and verify work.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Use of an overhead bridge crane to safely move heavy, large steel materials.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of welding experience across various techniques is preferred—bring your hands‑on know‑how to the table.
• Prove your skills – Successful completion of aninternal weld test is required to join our elite team of welders.
• Experience with D1.1 structural welding code, application, and quality standards.
• Must be able to identify small defects in materials and joints that could affect structural integrity
• Understanding three‑dimensional space is essential for positioning materials and effective solutions.
• Steel‑toe boots, sleeved shirts, and a welding hood are required—your personal gear shows you're ready to get the job done right!

• Experience operating anoverhead crane is a big plus—but if you don’t have it yet, we’ll help you get there.
