Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience.

• Ability to read a tape measure and use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser cutting equipment according to orders and specs.
• Read blueprints and verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Stage materials and inspect sheet metal before processing.
• Monitor quality and report issues; perform basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain safety and documentation for production.
