Job summary

APR Supply Co. is hiring a 3rd Shift Receiving Warehouse Lead for our Lebanon Distribution Center in Lebanon, PA.

The role leads warehouse staff, ensures accurate receiving and storage, and drives daily targets with a focus on safety and process improvement. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of leadership and warehouse experience, plus forklift and pallet jack proficiency, and can operate RF scanning devices and WMS systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years leadership experience.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Ability to lead a team of team members.
• Ability to read and operate a handheld RF scanner and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates, including training and monitoring performance.
• Conduct start-up meetings and assign tasks.
• Schedule and allocate resources to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
• Ensure accurate receiving and storage of product and report discrepancies.
