Job summary

APR Supply Co. in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Warehouse Worker - High Reach Operator for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on accurate picking, packing, scanning orders, and operating high reach equipment to support timely deliveries.

Required are at least one year of warehouse experience with high reach forklift operation, plus the ability to use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System. The job offers a full benefits package and on-site work at the Lebanon Distribution Center.

Qualifications

• One year of warehouse experience with high reach forklift experience.
• Ability to read and operate hand-held RF scan device and use Warehouse Management System.
• Ability to lift, carry, move items up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high reach forklift to access and retrieve products from warehouse racking.
• Inspect products for quality and picking accuracy according to standards.
• Package items securely and prepare pallets for loading.
• Build and position pallets at loading docks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment functioning; report malfunctions.
• Utilize standard warehouse software and scanners to process orders.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
